RETURN POLICY – Duck Season
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This policy governs product returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations for items purchased from Duck Season. By making a purchase, the customer accepts the terms set forth herein.
2. RETURN, REFUND, AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, Duck Season will replace it at no additional cost.
The customer must contact Duck Season within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Replacements are only offered at no cost if: The item arrived defective, damaged, broken, or dirty.
Duck Season is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Returns or refunds are not accepted if the customer changes their mind after receiving the order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We can only offer free replacements if the following criteria are met: Items arrived defective, damaged, broken, or dirty. Duck Season is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Duck Season is not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages.
Customer recommendations:
Make sure all the information you provide is correct before submitting your order.
Carefully enter the correct address to avoid losses or other delivery issues.If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately to correct the error.

3. RETURNED PACKAGES TO THE SENDER
Duck Season is not responsible for packages returned to the sender; responsibility lies with the shipping company.
If the item is returned to our warehouse, it can be repackaged, relabeled, and resent.
This process involves an additional cost:
- Total cost: Shipping from sender to customer + shipping from customer back to seller.
- Example: Servientrega charges $15,000 COP for a 1 kg package → total return cost $30,000 COP.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Send us an email or Facebook message within 24 hours stating your reason for cancellation.
Cancellations are not accepted after this period.
Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours before appearing in the customer’s bank account.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
To request a refund/replacement, attach images of the product, size label, and original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Note: The team will inspect/verify the photos before approving any replacement.
Duck Season reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund that does not meet the criteria.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Check your bank account; some refunds may take time to appear.
If you have checked and still have not received your refund, contact our support team via our website.
Products are rarely defective; the quality control department will inspect all returned products:
- If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect → replacement will be processed.
- If the damage is due to misuse → warranty does not apply.
Size-related cases:
- The customer selects the size, and the store sends the correct size → customer pays return shipping.
- The store sends the wrong size → Duck Season covers shipping costs.
6. PROCESS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO EXCHANGE
The product must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
A purchase invoice must be presented.
The customer has 3 business days from notifying the issue to return the product.
Duck Season has 15 business days from receiving the product to handle warranty claims.
If the process exceeds this timeframe, the customer will be notified.
Shipping costs will be covered by Duck Season only if quality control determines a manufacturing defect.
Products cannot be exchanged for health and hygiene reasons as stated by Colombian law.
Example: personal care products (razors, trimmers, etc.).
7. CATEGORIES AND RETURN POLICY
Returns and warranties vary depending on the type of product purchased:
Pet products: Includes accessories, items, and toys. These products can be returned if unused.
Adult products (sexual category): No returns are accepted under any circumstances.
Baby products: All items in this category can be returned if unused and in their original packaging.
Home and furniture: Home care products can be returned if unused and in their original packaging.
Clothing and accessories: All products in this category can be returned if unused and with original tags intact.
Tools: Returns are accepted if the product has not been used.
Beauty and personal care: Includes hair removal, personal hygiene, makeup, perfumes and fragrances, barber products, beauty treatments, underwear, hairdressing tools, skincare, haircare, beauty appliances, manicure, and pedicure. These products cannot be returned, unless they are completely new, unused, and in their original packaging.
8. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
Duck Season may update this policy at its discretion.
Customers are encouraged to review this document periodically.
Duck Season is not responsible for errors made by customers when entering data or shipping information.
